Reformed as Innovative Works LLC, now responsible for a variety of major development and design projects across the Valley.

Eric Solis
Senior Manager / President
27+ years experience
Mr. Solis has more than 27 years of experience overseeing the operations of Innovative Works LLC. He provides management of operations, marketing, financial and contracting units of the firm. As a business administration specialist, he is actively involved in managing scheduling, cost analysis, budget management, and overall contract support.
Francisco Eloy Solis
Quality Control / Superintendent
29+ years experience
Mr. Solis has more than 29 years of experience with commercial construction, directing full-scope projects including new construction and renovations. He has proven success in achieving scheduling and budgeting goals with deep knowledge in commercial development, cost evaluation, and OSHA/safety inspections.
Irineo (Eddie) Salazar
Project Manager
15+ years experience
Mr. Salazar serves as the current Project Manager for Innovative Works LLC. With extensive experience managing multifamily projects including 108-unit and 81-unit apartment complexes, he brings strong expertise in on-site management and construction coordination.
